London Live: 16-22 March

Gig Of The Week: Nadja / Piano Magic @ Barden’s Boudoir
Barden’s is very much the place to be towards the end of this week. Friday sees the exceptional Piano Magic play, presumably in support of the fantastic Dark Horses EP that surfaced late last year. It could be a while until we see this enigmatic group again so make the most of the opportunity. On the door tickets will set you back £6.
Then on Sunday Canadians Nadja bring their incredible decibel levels to the club – and boy did I find it difficult to get someone to come along with me! The last few Nadja albums have been very well received critically, and the show should be a sellout – grab a ticket and see just how much squalling drone two people can make. Tickets still on sale from We Got Tickets at the bargain price of £6.50.
